![]() Mesa's a mix between a DPS and a Jack of All Trades, having options for CC, tanking and damage output, but they all are generally aggressive and specialised for gunplay - a CC that affects an area around you leaving enemies unable to fire briefly and a damage reduction ability that only affects bullets and projectiles. Otherwise, a frame like Mesa Prime's a good pick, not only because she's powerful but because you can't get her regular counterpart until very late in the game and (whilst better after recent changes) the process is very irritating. Although on another plus, his polarities are excellent for his builds, making him very low on the forma investment - I've got an endgame setup that doesn't require any with some clever modding, though it's quite personalised to my own playstyle on him. I'd recommend him, but also try looking up guides and practicing with him before you start messing around with him. However, the method he uses can also render ENEMIES with similar defences, and that can in turn screw over other players. Limbo's powers enable him to pretty much avoid any and all damage from any source with enough technique (varying based on the exact source of damage), and can serve as an incredibly effective crowd controller on top - both at the same time with enough practice. ![]() However, he's also pretty tricky to get a handle of, especially if you don't want to screw over other players in the process. Limbo's basically got his own set of mechanics that, properly manipulated, let him do pretty much any content you desire. ![]() Limbo Prime's a good option if you like diving into something different - and arguably more complex.
